Diags Used: encountered. Then have received many scsi controller errors.

Resolution: Have replaced the hard drive & system bd. Have requeusted that

Comments: sgi sends the special system bd with the DMUX1 REV C chip.

Have used one of the DMUX1 REV C bds in stock for the Thesis
