Athena hardware folks,
I'm writing to report a SPARC5 that has crashed with a hardware
error, in the computer lab in building 48, room 206. It seems to
have a faulty memory chip, because it stops on boot-up with the
message:
Testing Memory Memory not Aligned
The machine is called 'mekong', IP 18.84.0.92, serial # 8173506,
network jack # 48-206-1, host ID 807cb7c2.
If you cannot do the service today (Tues, April 20), I'd appreciate
it if you could call or email me and let us know when you'll be
able to schedule the repair.
