Kyle,
Could ya, would ya take a look at Ajax (5si) and Pulp (4si) up in w20-575?
I believe papertray 2 on Ajax is gone. Message of "papertray 2 open"
accompanied by noise as the printer tries to lift the paper.
Pulp is giving a 13.3 Duplex Paperjam error message. There is no jam that i
can find.
