Hi,
I got word that this machine had been compromised by a packet-sniffer,
and I've been advised that the system software needs to be replaced
in order to ensure that no "trap-doors" were installed. Comments?
Is there a way for me to do this myself? or do you folks have to come over?
Also, this same machine has a broken space bar on the key board
(Actually, it seems like one of the springs under it is broken or
missing - the rest of it works fine.)
