This mouse on m38-370-7 works pretty badly... well rather it works only
when I am moving it along the shorter dimension of its (optical) mouse
pad... does that make sense? Like if I leave the mouse pad in one
position, I can move the mouse vertically on the screen. Then I rotate
the mouse (but not its pad) 90 degrees, and I can move horizontally on
the screen.
So I guess it's the pad that's weird, not the mouse itself.
I hope this has happened to other people and I'm not losing my mind.
