Python in W-20 - Tray 2 is empty + Question on Duplex printing ?

Just to let you know that Tray 2 in "Python" HP 5si in W-20 is empty
but we are unable to open the tray to fill it up.
Another question is I have been trying to print my thesis in
Duplex mode from Pagemaker using "hplj5si2.PPD" driver for
PageMaker publishing application from WIN 95 on PC.
I am using WIndows spooler to spool the prints to the duplex queue's
<printername#2>, but I have been unsuccessful so far.
Does the HP 5si printers need to be set up in Duplex mode or will it
automatically print in Duplex Tumble mode by sending it to
say for example "Python2" instead of "Python"
Please let me know how I can send something to print in DUPLEX TUMBLE
mode from a Windows application using A PPD file. I would
like to print in HP 5si MX printers.
I am aware of printing a PS file by spooling from athena in duplex mode, but
would prefer to send using HP 5si PPD to get the best quality of images.
This is for my thesis work. Any help would be appreciated.
