The athena machine sum-2 in the E39-311 is not working. The machine
was making a loud beeping noise, so a user unplugged the keyboard.
WHen I checked on the machine, I replugged the machine and typed "go"
at the "ok" prompt. The mahine has failed to reboot and is not
responding to stop-A. Users say that there have been problems with
the keyboard in the past.
