Subject: Request for the rolling SGI
Date: Fri, 09 Jan 1998 10:58:10 EST
From: "Naomi B. Schmidt" <nschmidt@MIT.EDU>

Michael Barrow is scheduled to teach an IAP class in E40-302 from
2 to 3 PM on Tuesday, January 27. Vijay would like to schedule a
Crosstalk meeting for that same date from 2 to 4 PM, also in the
Visitor Center.

Michael has said that all he needs is a connection to the Web and
a computer that can project. He'd be willing to move his class to
E40-496. Ron Hoffmann says that there is a live network drop in
that room.

Thus, I'd like to reserve the rolling SGI with overhead display on
Michael's behalf for Tuesday, January 27 from 2 to 3 PM in
E40-496. It would probably be best to test out the drop
beforehand, rather than just relying on Ron's say so. Also, the
room has already been reserved for Crosstalk from 2 to 4, so there
should be no problem with that time. If you need a few minutes to
set up beforehand, you should check with Jane to see if we can
extend the reservation backward to 1:30.

Please confirm that all this is doable.

	Thanks - Naomi
