Hi,
I am a visiting scientist in Chemical Engineering at MIT. I have a
PowerBook 145 that I would like to connect into the network. This PowerBook
does not have an ethernet port. What type of hardware do I need to make the
connection? I will be getting a temporary IP address in the next few days
via Peter Maloof in Chemical Engineering at MIT. My computer
does not have a MCP/IP control panel. How can I input my IP address?
Since I will only be here until the end of the semester, I would like to
continue to use my Northwestern University e-mail address, rather than
getting an Athena account and having my mail forwarded. Will this be a
problem?
Thanks for your help!
