Here is the reply to this trouble call (for the THIRD time)
I found a x-wire problem which I corrected but was unable to gain access to
the room to verify it. There was no one in the vicinity that new any thing
or could give me access to the room. Please check the drop (20C-118-4)
again and see if it is working now.
In the future please include a contact name and their room and phone
numbers for all trouble calls.
