1410 v-mail was left stating that the 3-462 cluster has been down since noon
time today with network related problems. I have investigated the area, and it
appears that a portion of the ceiling in the hallway just down from the
3-462 cluster is apart, and that 1 client, that uses the 3-462 facility,
stated that people were in 3-462 doing ceiling work as well. Nobody could tell
me if this was construction work or whatever, but it sound like a good
possibility that network related components were disturbed.
Please follow up on this issue. That is all the info that I can provide at this
point in time.
