workstation troubles

Hi, I have a private workstation (tasun.mit.edu) in
my office (66-256) that keeps crashing or freezing...
It usually happens when I run applications like netscape
or framemaker, I will either be logged out of athena, or
the station will freeze and I will have to restart the
machine.
I also need to add some usernames to the list of folks
who need access to this terminal...how would I go about
doing that?
