Hi Lou,

If you report the dead drop to the correct group "trans-trb",
they respond within the day. I have not seen them give anything
but great service on trouble calls.

There is no jack# w20-575c-16 in the database. CAn you verify the jack
number, then send email to trans-trb......

If a new drop is required, then get me a floor plan with the
correct jack# and I will submit it for installation.

So which one are you asking for a new drop or to fix an existing one?
Sending your message to all these groups has everyone confused...

                          Thanks, Jerry

They need accurate information, a person to call if they
can't find a problem on the drop.

Sometimes the problem is the machine, did you verify the machine
is not the problem, i.e. the ethernet card is not defective,
did you verify the jack#, did you try to connect another machine
from a working drop to verify the drop is the problem?
