Hi all,
The following is an issue that has been going on for too many weeks.
Please do what you have to do to put this jack back into the service. Every
available workstation is needed for student survival. If possible, please make
this a RUSH/PRIORITY order. If an account # is needed, please use 16302.
Also, please let dcns-cluster know when the jack is available for use.

Jack #W31-575C-16 Line 2 is not in the database. I went to the machine
room and found that there is no crosswire on line 1 or 2 for this jack. If
ethernet service is needed on this jack there will have to be a new request
for service. As for the trouble call that was placed a couple of weeks
ago, I was unable to find any records of it.
