Jack #W31-575C-16 Line 2 is not in the database. I went to the machine
room and found that there is no crosswire on line 1 or 2 for this jack. If
ethernet service is needed on this jack there will have to be a new request
for service. As for the trouble call that was placed a couple of weeks
ago, I was unable to find any records of it.
