Hi all,
Several weeks ago, Joe Welch stated that he reported a malfunctioning
jack to you folks. The jack is labeled W20-575-C-16 (port 2 in question).
The jack still appears to be dead. One way or the other, please let hotline
know if this has been looked at, or is still in your queue.
