The following request to clean lint screens in the induction units in
all offices in Building 54 is for your review and comment. There are
316 screens to be cleaned and all office furniture is to be moved so
that these screens can be cleaned. This would not involve any shutdown
of equipment.
This work will take from two to three days. The work would begin at
8:00 AM to 2:30 or 3:00 PM each day. The work would begin on the top
floors of Building 54 and go down a floor or two each day.
Would you please let me know when it would be convenient to have this
work done. I understand that the work would have to be done on
weekdays. The folks who do this work are available beginning next
Monday.
