hi there,
mario may have told you about this already, but we didn't see a note in
the meeting so we wanted to make sure it went in. the thesis printer is
not accepting print jobs. the console is displaying the error:
79 SERVICE(0142)
TRAP: 09 Adr: 001B3960
we don't have a 5si manuals, so i'm not sure what it thinks the problem
is, but power cycling the printer, checking for jams, opening and closing
the various doors and other standard fixing procedures (i think "jiggling"
is the technical term for it) do not help. it may actually be serious and
need service...
in the meantime, we have loaded money with thesis paper, but the queue on
thesis is growing. we will probably ask to have it turned off if it grows
much more.
