hi,
my computer, m12-182-11 : 18.19.0.42 froze and just crashed on
me. I contacted olc on what to do and they told me to
unplug and replug the keyboard. there wasn't a "go"
prompt when i did this, so olc told me to flip the power
switch off and then back on. they also told me to email
this address...
