JJ must have done a better job of fixing it than he thought.
It prints fine from upper and lower, simplex and duplex. No parts used.

Found one of the lower roller bars bent was unable to fix, I have
removed the lower paper tray and placed beside cabinet under printers
have also put a note in the lower paper tray slot as to not use.
Seems to be printing fine this way. This should not be a priority
and can wait till PCservice checks it out on Monday.
