The SGI monitor on steve-dallas in the sipb office just roasted itself.
It started producing an ozone smell and the image converged
from a regular-sized one to a horizontal bar a few millimeters
high. It then got bigger and started rapidly fluctuating and wiggling
around like no tomorrow.
Needless to say, it's toast. I've placed it on the w20 machine room
ramp. Right now bobbi-harlow's secondary monitor is on steve-dallas.
When steve's monitor is replaced bobbi's should be returned.
