The following shutdown request for Bldg. 11 - 1st floor and Bsement on
5/7 is for your information and comment. Would you please let me know
if this has your approval or not.
I have already spoken with Graphic Arts and IS Support Services in
Bldg. 11 - they have both approved this.

System: Chilled water and heating hot water
Date: 5/7 PM - 5/8 AM
Day: Wednesday - Thursday
Time: 9:00 PM (Wednesday) - 7:00 AM (Thursday)
Duration: 10 hours
Reason: To cut and cap water lines feeding first floor from
Copy Center area in basement.
Effect: Loss of chilled water, heating hot water and low
pressure steam.
