Guys,
Helios is back up and running from both the top and bottom trays.
I did not replace the Paper Input Unit as expected, but I did re-form
(bend) the paper tray contact strips (three metal contacts that tell
when contact is made into the PIU by the tray) back to their normal position.
I think that is what the problem was. As it is, Helios prints from
either tray in either the upper or lower bay, now.
Also, the display panel has a User Maintenance message, but it is
printing. The page count is 421,709.
