Guys,
Helios is back up and running from both the top and bottom trays.
I did not replace the Paper Input Unit as expected, but I did re-form
(bend) the paper tray contact strips (three metal contacts that tell
when contact is made into the PIU by the tray) back to their normal position.
I think that is what the problem was. As it is, Helios prints from
either tray in either the upper or lower bay, now.

Also, the display panel has a User Maintenance message, but it is
printing. The page count is 421,709.

Printer name: Helios
Printer location: 56-129
Printer s/n: USFB366460
Printer Tag#: MIT-0287701

Problem: not seeing lower tray
Parts used: The sweat of my brow
