Rooms, kitchens, safety showers and eye washes for 4/19 and 20 is for
your information and comment. Would you please let me know if this has

showers and eye washes)
System: Hot and Cold Domestic Water
Date: 4/19 and 20
Day: Saturday and Sunday
Time: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or longer each day
Duration: 8 hours or more each day
Reason: Check for cross connections between hot and cold domestic and
hot and cold lab processed water
Effect: Loss of use of all men's and ladies' rooms, kitchen
facilities, safety showers and eye washes for 2-day shutdown.
