Eris: Shutdown for disk swap

Around 8am tomorrow morning, Fri 4/11, there will be an approx 30
minute outage of the AFS Athena fileserver Eris to replace a disk that
has started to fail. There is currently no data on the bad disk, but
the lockers on Eris' other disks will be unavailable during the
outage.
The consult instance will be kept up to date as the outage occurs.
