my computer froze

Hi!
As I was logging on, my computer (W20-575-47) froze. I asked a friend of mine
who is in OLC how to fix it, and she said to hit the stop key and a. That
didn't work, so I was hoping that you could fix it.
Also - just for more information - I think that computer has frozen on me
while logging in before.
