Due to an interaction between the Daylight Savings shift this weekend and AFS,
This weeks AFS restart will occur at 7 AM instead of 6 AM on Sunday.  

The Zephyr notifications of the restart will occur starting at 6:45 AM.
Please plan accordingly.
