The door to w20-575 was not opening properly. Adter entering
the code, the light would flash and the latch would make some noise,
but the door would not open, even when a great deal of force is
applied. The door is currently propped open with a trash can.
Since it's late at night on a weekend, I also called fixit and
reported the problem to them.
