The following information which pertians to the requested shutdown for
Bldgs. 9 and 35 is for your review and comment. Would you please let me
know if this has your approval or disapproval.

System: Heating
Date: 11/13/96
Day: Wednesday
Time: 12 Noon - 5:00 PM (or less)
Duration: 5 or less hours
Reason: Repair by-pass steam valves
Effect: Loss of hot domestic, lab process heating water and
all steam.
It is hoped that the heat from the morning hours will
remain throughout the shutdown period. The system will
be turned on once it is repaired to ensure heat.
