There were many reports on 1410 about ceres not printing, checking
the Q showed the following:

Log'd into paper-pusher and found that that Q was still disabled.
Have flushed all the jobs and restarted the Q, sent a job to the
printer and waited for it to print before closing the caper.
Ceres is ready and printing at this time.
