JJ came by yetsreday and said that the printers mentioned below were still having
problems. Jim and Brian went to take a look at them. Homer was simple. Torn paper in
the duplexer. Removed that and it has been working fine since then. Pindar was up and running
when they left yesterday, but was jamming when I got here this morning. I completely removed the
duplexer and cleaned the paper path, including a bit of paper stuck under a platen. Since then
it has been printing duplex with no problem. It is extremely low on toner, though. By the
fourth 20-page duplex document I sent through, I could only get about 15% page coverage, the
rest was blank space.
