Printer in Burton is having trouble

Hi All,
The HP 4Si in Burton (w-51) has been freezing up with the error code "79
Service Error (8308)". A cold reset will fix the problem but it reappears
shortly after. The printer freezes up on print jobs from different
computers. Could some please check out this printer?
The printer is located next to the main desk near the entrance.
