Dear Athena Officer,
The DEC workstation in 26-463 is down for about one week due to the loosen
contact of the TPT transceiver (a small box). The connection cable was changed
last week but problem still remains the same, so we guess that's the TPT box.
Could you schedule an appointment so I will stay in the office for you?
