Peter,
I just want to let you know that we have discovered
that the upper tray of cheme4 is not functioning
properly.
The other day, we had trouble printing, some paper
jam problem. We later found out that the upper
tray doesn't feed correctly. We've been keeping
the upper tray empty to force it to use the lower
tray to print but I guess the upper tray feeding
process should be serviced.
