Carlton called me about 2PM on Monday with a report of the HP LaserJet
4SI named Fiber in W20-545 jaming all the time. I went up to take a look at
it and we had to replace two minor parts - the flapper and the flapper
solenoid. These are the parts that guide through paper coming out of the fuser
up through the delivery rollers. The flapper was bent out of shape and had,
in turn, bent the arm of the solenoid, so I replaced them both.
