Brief outage Sunday morning on E40 router

We would normally not perform work on routers at this point in the semester
but we have had a degrading problem with the E40 router.
This router is a gateway to many of the infrastructure services upon which
electronic mail and Athena workstations depend.
In order to minimize the impact, we will peform the work on Sunday, 5/19
at 9AM. We anticipate no more than a 5 minute interruption of service as
we replace one of the controller boards in the router.
Summary:
E40 FDDI router board replacement
Sunday 5/19 at 9AM
Approximately 5 minute outage
