Done.

op: whoever removes this motd when the time comes please move the file
Message.EOT to Message in the appropriate directory. Using mv in this
case will preserve the timestamp on teh Message.EOT file (which I was
careful to preserve when creating). This will keep people from having
to see the EOT motd for an extra time.

*** The 4-035 cluster is closed due to a water leak in the ceiling. ***

As the semester comes to an end, use of Athena increases dramatically,
and becomes much more important educationally. Please be considerate
and cooperative.

Do not play games on workstations when there are people who may want
to log in. Do not tie up multiple workstations. Do not leave a
workstation screensaved for more than 10 minutes or use an untimed
screensaver.

From now until the end of the semester, workstations kept locked for
more than 10 minutes or multiple workstations used by a single user
may be rebooted without notice. Violations of Athena Rules of Use can
lead to disciplinary action, with possibly serious consequences.
