System: Air Handler-4 and Roof Fan 4 (cooling and heating
serves west side of the library. Rms. 126, 128, 132,
134, 139, 206, 214, 216, 218, 217E, 219E, 222
Date: 4/27/96
Day: Saturday
Time: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Duration: 12 hours
Reason: Replace disconnect and starter for Air Handler 4.
Effect: Loss of Air Handler 4 and Roof Fan 4,
supply-ventilation, supply-cooling and supply-heating.
