Hi, we want a Athena connection for our reseach machine called "ice".
We have two machines below:
ice : remote-login private machine
18.58.0.72 <---- IP address
was located in Room 1-346, but now moved to Room 1-238
swordfish : Athena machine
18.58.1.51 <---- IP address
is located in Room 1-238
What we want are the following:
1. "ice" to be Athena machine in Room 1-346
2. replace "swordfish" with "ice"
3. do not delete files in "ice" during set-up, if possible
4. "ice" can be accessed by only designated users both remotely and locally.
Prof. Connor is in charge of this computer.
He can be reached at 253-8435, jjconnor@mit.edu, and Room 1-238.
Please let me know your convenient time so that i can be with you while
