The following information pertains to the proposed shutdown of
Buildings 7 and 3. Would you please advise me either via return e-mail
or call me at 8-6651 if this is acceptable.

Thanks.
Andrea

Building: 7 and 3
System: Low pressure steam and chilled water.
Date: 4/22/96
Day: Monday
Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Duration: 8 hours
Reason: To cut and cap existing lines for construction. 7-401
and 7-403 will lose chilled water permanently.
Effect: Concerning Bldg. 7 and steam shutdown--this will have
no impact on occupied areas. There will be no air
conditioning for Building 7A, and 7-111. There will be
no impact on Building 3 for the steam and chilled water
                shutdown.

fine by 1410

Andrea, please put the above shutdown on hold. And give me a call
so we can work something else out.

Thanks

Andrea informed me that the Rotch library will not be effected so
this shutdown is again fine by 1410

4/19 3:50pm JJ

JJ and I spoke again and after speaking w/Ruth Davis of Library Admin.,
I was informed that there are computers in 7A aka part of the Rotch
Library. JJ has asked that this work be put off until after graduation
if at all possible (Friday, June 7).

Bob--is this possible? Please advise and thanks.
