Duration 8 hours
Reason: To Tie into exiting lines. Shut off valve 3T in valve
chamber. (Bldg. 3 - motorized valve).
Effect: Loss of heat
Building: 1, 3, 5 (d'Arbeloff Lab)
System: Chilled Water - no air conditioning
Date: 4/29/96
Day: Monday
Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Duration: 8 hours
Reason: Need to tie in existing lines.
Effect: No chilled water to 1-103, 104, 106, 107, 108, 110, 112
and 115.
