System: Fume exhaust system and fume exhaust hood (PM #
701782).
Date: 4/25/96
Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Duration: 8 hours
Reason: Removal of phoenix variable speed drive. Replacement
with 3-phase magnetic starter. Note: (E.M.S. work).
Effect: Loss of exhaust-laboratory air.
