The following information pertains to the requested rescheduled
shutdown for W85. The work was not performed this week due to the snow
storm. Pls. advise if you forsee a problem with this. I can be
contacted either via return e-mail or telephone at 8-6651.

Day: Wednesday
Time: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Duration: 1 hour
Reason: To tie in new electrical feeder cable.
Effect: Loss of access controls, bldg. power, elevators,
computers, lighting, hot domestic and heating hot water,
supply-ventilation, supply heating, exhaust-general,
exhaust toilet, compressed control air, steam, condensate
return and heat for both high and low rise buildings.
Building: W85-all
System: All EMERGENCY power
Date: 4/17/96
Day: Wednesday
Time: Between 6:00 AM - 6:30 AM and 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Duration: 10 minutes maximum each time
Effect: Loss of emergency power, elevators, and stair lighting
in both high and low rise buildings.
