Problem reported: burning odor.
Serial number and location of CPU: 0800690926da, 37-312.
Action taken: replaced power supply.
Parts used:9430813
Notes: Call is still open!! Looks like power supply weakened the original
motherboard. Ran over today and the SIMM in slot five was faulty and mom board
failed diags. Replaced SIMM to take care of SIMM problem but the replacement
motherboard failed diags (why me). New mom on the way, should be here by
tomorrow. I thought I had sent you folks E-mail when I replaced the power supply
but Lou says he see any so I must have been human and had a brain fade, sorry.
Call is still open!!

Problem reported: mouse "moves" on it's own and "clicks" by it's own self, at
least that's what Drew said when I arrived with the replacement mouse??
Serial number and location of CPU:080069089735, w20-575.
Action taken: replaced mouse due to the nature of the problem.
Part used:041-0144-001.

Notes:if problem appears again I will replaced mom board.
