FYI: w20-575-100, w20-575-101 both frozen, rebooted

A user came into the SIPB office complaining that her machine (w20-575-100,
an Indy) had frozen. Upon examination, in fact, the machine had frozen. The
display was completely black except for a horizontal 1/2"-thick mid-to-dark
blue strip across the whole of the the bottom edge of the screen.

It didn't respond to finger requests from elsewhere, and the
magic round reset button had absolutely no effect on the state of the
machine, even when pressed multiple times.

w20-575-101 had the same symptoms as described above.

I rebooted both machines with the recessed reset button. Both machines have
since started up cleanly and display the xlogin banner.
