Hello there!
This printer (and hayden) have been year-long problems.
A user earlier today on instance help couldn't print any PostScript or
PDF (using Acroread) files on sanda and solved his problem by moving
to another cluster and printing it there.
A user just now in OLC couldn't print a postscript file to sanda and
printed it in the building 2 cluster instead.
Earlier in the school year, those printers couldn't print generic .dvi
files generated from LaTeX but could be printed anywhere else. Then
it seemed like FrameMaker documents got added to the
cannot-print-those-documents list. Now it seems the problem has
increased to postscript documents.
Usually the problem is the user gets a header page, a zephyr
confirmation of the printing's success, and no actual document.
Can someone try looking at these printers? Thanks!
