Helpdesk,
Walking in the door I tested the drop and was not able to connect.
All indications on the transceiver (lights) appeared normal.
The drop was supported by a tie cable to the 1st floor and the
cross wired appeared in tack. I move the drop to the second
floor repeater and it works fine. I follow up with the database
later on.
