Well, 18.183.0.26 is cocytus, which is one of the AFS fileservers that
stores the Solaris system packs, so it's sort of reasonable that the
client not being able to talk to it for some reason would hose the
install. (I don't know what the AFS fallback mechanism for replicated
volumes is, so I can't say if it should have fallen back to another
fileserver when it lost contact with cocytus.)
If 7 other machines installed properly before this problem arose, I
sincerely doubt that it would be a problem with our install servers or
the AFS server. It sounds much more like a client problem to me.
