Hi,
The printer in E53-438 (called ithiel) isn't working. The control panel
says "ready" and the online and formfeed lights are on, but nothing's
coming out. lpq says that the top job in the queue is active. One
of the students in the cluster says that power cycling the printer doesn't
do the trick.
Could someone look at this? Also, this is a pretty regular problem with
this printer. Does this happen to all the HPs?
