The following shutdowns will take place next week:
Building: E51
System: Building power and lighting (emergency power will be
on)
Date: 2/16/96
Day: Friday
Time: 3 a.m. - 7 a.m.
Duration: 4 hours
Reason: To tie new feeder into switchgear
Effect: Loss of building power, power to computers and
lighting, air supply and exhaust systems,heating
and cooling systems,and steam condensate return systems
for the duration of the shutdown.
Building: E25
System: No potable hot storage tanks
Date: 2/15/96
Day: Thursday
Time: 4:00 PM - Midnight
Duration: 8 hours
Reason: Replace defective piping and valves and circulator
piping to storage tanks
Effect: No non-potable water to Buildings E23 - E25 (includes
cage washers in animal quarters.
Building: E51 - all
System: All lighting and power (emergency power will be on).
Date: 2/16/96
Day: Friday
Time: 3:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Duration: 4 hours
Reason: To tie new feeder into switchgear.
Effect: Loss of heat and cooling. All lighting and power
(emergency [power will be on.)
